Affordable Care Act Enrollment at GADC Offices 79th Racine!

Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corporation (GADC) and the St. Sabina Employment Resource have certified Application Counselors (Navigators) to help you and your family gain affordable health insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act and it's health insurance Marketplace.
GADC invites the Auburn Gresham, Greater Grand Crossing, Chatham and surrounding communities to attend one of our upcoming health insurance enrollment days in our offices located in 7903 S. Racine, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
* Waiting area set-up to keep you out of the cold. If we can't accomodate you, we will give you an appointment! *
GADC On-site Enrollment Days:
- Wednesday: February 19th, March 6th and March 13th
Items you should bring:
- Social Security Numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
- Proof of Residency (Drivers license or utility bill)
- Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (for example, from pay stubs or W-2 forms-Wage and Tax Statements)
- Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household
- Registration is strongly recommended Given that the enrollment process can take up to an hour and thirty minutes, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment by calling 773-483-3696. Ask for the GADC Navigator! Walk-ins are welcome these posted days.
