Brainerd Park Apartments Ground Breaking Ceremony

Brainerd Park Apartments will be 36 brand new apartment units opening in late summer 2018. On-site amenities will include units with high quality finishes, a community room, patio and children’s play area, business center, laundry room, professional on-site property management, on-site maintenance technician, and resident services.
Christian Community Health Center, a local Federally Qualified Health Center will provide on-site resident services which include:
• Service coordination
• Social and recreational services
• Linkages to primary care services
• Job training and placement linkages
• Credit and financial counseling
• Benefits assistance
• Mobile health van services
