Mayor Richard M. Daley and his wife First Lady Maggie Daley visited the 17th Ward as part of his Neighborhood Appreciation Tour. He joined several community leaders and residents to announce the launch of the Bared Not Broken Football program. He also gave praise to his wife and helped her to celebrate the 20th anniversary of After Schools Matters.
