Humana Virtual Healthy Lifestyle Class Calendar for October
Attached you will find the Humana Virtual Calendar for the month of October.
In addition to our virtual Health education classes, we are also hosting the following programs via our Facebook.com/Humana page:
- Cooking demos every Tuesday at noon EST with Chef Nino
- Craft corner- participants learned to make masks, wreaths, etc.
- Soup can workouts for those who don’t have SS benefit or equipment at home can still stay active and engaged with Humana.
All programs are open to the community at no cost and do not require a Humana membership.
