Effective January 3, 2022, for Chicago per Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot, the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), and the Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) any individual 5 years of age or older will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to dine indoors, visit gyms, or enjoy entertainment venues where food or drink are being served. Harmony Health Plan Incentive Programs Promote Positive Health Outcomes for Its Members and Their Babies

In Illinois, one in eight infants is born to a mother who did not get all recommended prenatal care. Without this care, mothers are three times more likely to deliver babies with health problems. Regular prenatal visits help to monitor the pregnancy and identify problems or complications before they become serious. To promote positive health outcomes for its members and their babies, Harmony Health Plan, Inc., has developed two incentive programs designed to reward providers for delivering quality care and members for obtaining recommended care.

St. Bernard Hospital opened The Walk-in Clinic on January 5, 2016. The Clinic, located in the Hospital at 326 West 64th Street in Chicago, offers patients non-emergent medical care on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
