Re: Reopening Waiting List Announcement
This is to inform you that CONTINENTAL PLAZA APARTMENTS will continue to have its Senior Waiting List open for 1 bedrooms on February 19, 2013. The maximum number of pre-applicants accepted will be 72 for the 1 bedroom. Eligible applicants must qualify within a median income limit and will pay 30% of their income towards rent. Preference will be given to applicants whose income is below 30% of the median income.
All interested persons must call the management office at 773 487 3300 for their names to be placed on the Interested Persons List. They will receive a letter with a pre-application card by mail, which will provide them with the necessary information required.
Eligible pre-applicants will be placed on a wait list based on postmark date of their mailing. All pre-applicants will go through an interview process that includes: current and prior landlord verifications, income verifications, criminal/credit checks, and home visits for housekeeping standards.
