Join Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois in partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health for the annual "Chicago 2021 Community Care Fair", Saturday, November 20, 2021, 11a.m.-3p.m., at the Blue Door Neighborhood Center, 11840 S. Marshfield, Chicago, IL 60643.

This community health and enrollment event will featurefresh produce and turkey’s for the first 500 families,fitness demo's, 500 children's winter coats, hat & glove giveaway, maternal health and community resources, NO COST flu shots and COVID-19 vaccines/boosters.

Meet BCBSIL Recruiters for our exciting job opportunities and Blue Bear our Health & Wellness Ambassador. Blue Cross Community Health Plan and HealthChoice Illinois (Medicaid) resources will also be available for attendees.
