The Law Project, Neighborhood Housing Services and The Chicago Housing Authority are pleased to offer this workshop on wills, estate planning and home warranties. The workshop will be lead by attorneys discussing the following topics:
What happens to my property if I die without a will? What is probate? What happens if I become disabled and have no power of attorney? How can I protect my assets? When is the right time to handle estate planning? When I purchase a home, why should I pay for a home warranty?
