Erie Family Health Center is hosting a series of 15 Free ObamaCare Enrollment Fairs throughout Chicagoland aimed at educating and enrolling individuals so that they can have access to care. The fairs will provide information and assistance in Spanish and in English to participants. Individuals will be able to immediately sign up for health care coverage with the help of certified Navigators. Additionally, Navigators will enroll eligible patients in Medicaid coverage.

- Free Refreshments and Children are welcome!
