City of Chicago Refuse and Recycling Holiday Schedule

Please note these important changes to the refuse and recycling schedule due to the Monday, May 29 Memorial Day holiday.  All city-collected refuse will be serviced Tuesday through Friday next week. Residents should ensure all black refuse carts are accessible throughout the week of collection, not solely on their regular day of collection.

Parade Lineup begins at 9am at St. Leo’s Residence for Veterans, 7750 S. Emerald Ave. Let's join in this community celebration to honor our Veterans!
