Black History Month film programs of interest are LOVE AND BASKETBALL, IF BEALE STREET COULD TALK (both part of series A Fine Romance), Chicago premieres of CANE RIVER, GOLDIE, and FAHAVALO, MADAGASCAR 1947, and Avant-Noir, the latter program presented as part of Conversations at the Edge  Celebrate Valentine’s Day all month with a variety of love stories in A Fine Romance Open-captioned screenings of HONEY BOY will be presented on February 7 and 10 and FLEABAG on February 17
