The Urban Health Initiative Summit is designed to engage the communit and University of Chicago in dialogue on the mutual issues, concerns and priorities identified in the University of Chicago Medicine's Community Health Needs Assessment, specifically diabetes, childhood obesity, breast/colon cancer, asthma and access to health cared that impact the wellness of Chicago's South Side.
