Affordable Care Act Community Awareness and Enrollment Day

                      

Do you have questions about the Affordable Care Act? 
Need to enroll for health coverage but find yourself confused or need assistance?  

Then come out to our "Cover Your Commuity: Affordable Care Act registration event:

  • Date:  Saturday, November 2nd
  • Time:  10:00am until 12:00pm
  • Place:  1210 W. 78th Place, McMahon Hall, St. Sabina Church

Two certified navigators will be on hand to assist you with questions and register you for an enrollment appointment. 

This event is sponsored by Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation and the St. Sabina Employment Resource Center Center for Working Families, in partnership with Senator Jacqueline Collins and 17th Ward Alderman Latasha Thomas.
