My Summer with Columbia College
Published: August 8, 2011
This summer I had the opportunity to work with GADC at Columbia College Chicago and I really enjoyed myself. I was able to meet a lot of new people from all over Chicago. At first I was kind of uncertain about meeting these "new people" because of all the different personalities, but now I can say i have enjoyed being in their company and being able to spend my summer with them. I was also able to learn lot of new things I hadn't known before. At first it was kind of boring but then once I had gotten used to things the days became more fun and went easier. We worked with a lot of science and bacteria, which at first I thought was gross but as I stated before once I got the hang of things, everything became a lot more fun and a lot easier. Shout out to Mrs. Norma Sanders for giving me the opportuity to explore something new this summer and Shout out to Dr. Victoria for helping me throughout this summer.
