81st & 82nd Winchester Neighbors Block Club (WNBC)

We kicked off our first block club meeting for the calendar 2011 with 2 of the candidates running for the 18th Ward Alderman. Also attending the meeting to represent the 6th District Police Department was Sgt. Betts. This meeting was a wealth of information not only about the candidates but how we work together within our community and also with city services/organizations to make our communities less of a haven for undesirables.
