The Chicago Police Department is constantly working on ways to help our community to be a safe and healthy environment for our kids.  During spring break week (March 25-30), the 006th District will provide activities for kids from elementary to High School.

   25 March-  View and discuss the PBS showing of Slavery by Another Name and

         DuSable To Obama. 

  26 March – (Armed Forces Day) Meet real Soldiers and Sailors, Tuskegee Airmen, and Drill team.

  27 March - So you think you can MIX? – Learn the fundamentals of being a DJ and listen to live music as actual DJs mix live.

  28 March – Come learn how to do some fun Arts and Craft’s.

  29 March – Meet real fireman, learn about fire safety, and learn what I takes to be a fireman.

  30 March -What does it take to be apart of a team?- Learn the basics of playing basketball

- Participate in team basketball games.
