Free direct services such as blood glucose screenings, blood pressure screenings, Confidential HIV tests, and MUCH MORE.
There are still a few slots availablte to be a vendor, call the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, 7901 S. Racine, 773-483-3696 for info, ask for Crystal to be added as a vendor and yes it's free.
Note: There is not a vendor fee to participate in the community health fair!
