After School Matters® Summer Teen Cuisine Lunch Buffet Series

WHAT:

After School Matters teens from the Advanced Culinary Arts program will recreate menus from prominent Chicago restaurants for your lunchtime enjoyment over five weeks this summer. The price for a gourmet lunch is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Space is limited and advance ticket purchases are highly encouraged. This program is one of more than 600 programs providing 12,000 opportunities to Chicago  teens this summer through After School Matters. Proceeds from the Summer Teen Cuisine lunches help provide programs for thousands of Chicago’s teens to explore and develop their talents while gaining critical skills for work, college and beyond.

Friday, July 21 – Menu by Black Bull

Friday, July 28 – Menu by El Che (to be confirmed)

Friday, August 4 – Menu by Arami

Thursday, August 10 – Menu by Four Seasons Chicago
