CLOCC Webinar: Bringing Healthy Corner Stores to Your Neighborhood
The Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC) has recently unveiled a new Healthy Corner Store Toolkit as part of the Cook County Department of Public Health's Healthy Hotspot initiative. The toolkit is designed for community organizations interested in identifying, recruiting and working with local retailers to create a healthy corner store environment.
Through this webinar, you are invited to explore the toolkit with CLOCC staff and learn about additional resources for undertaking healthy corner store work in your community. While the toolkit is focused on implementation in Cook County, it can serve as a framework for healthy corner store projects everywhere.
